Copyright :The Photographer retains the entire copyright in the photographs and works at all times, throughout the world and where reproduction of the world has taken place and the settlement has not been made, the photographer will make such charges to the publisher of those images as falls within the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.

Deposit : A non-refundable deposit of 20% off the fee is required to hold your booking , failure to make this deposit will result in no date being held . Also remaining balance is to be paid within 14 days prior to a wedding & on the day of the photoshoot for a portrait session.

Expenses : If I need to travel outside a 12 mile radius I will charge for travel expenses . If I am required to do a destination wedding abroad I will need my travel fee , food & accommodation covered .

 

Turn around : A wedding in peak season can take between 4 to 12 weeks  - Non peak season 2 to 4 weeks . A portrait session will take 2 to 6 weeks throughout the year . 

 

Unedited photos : I do not provide high resolution unedited photographs for wedding & portrait sessions , this includes makeover , pregnancy , family , baby , child , pageant , engagement , couples or syndication agencies .

You will receive 5 to 7 edited photos depending on the portrait session you had & between 400-800 edited photos for a wedding .

Additional photographs are £25 per edit or £100 for 5 images .

Credit : While uploading my photographs to any social media platform please credit my name where noticeable . 

 

Makeup & Hair : I am also a makeup artist & hair stylist if you require me to do your wedding hair & makeup for one of my portrait sessions or for your wedding day please send me an email for a quote .

Applicable Law : This agreement shall be governed by the Laws of England & Wales . Publication of my imagery worldwide with out my permission is forbidden . 

​

Variation : These terms and conditions shall not be varied except by the agreement in writing .
